Everyone is doing their part to stop the spread of COVID-19. At The J.M. Dickerson Law Firm, we are too.

In these cautious times, The J.M. Dickerson Law Firm is taking steps to offer the best client experience and that includes your health and safety. Our law office availability is changing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Rest assured, we are 100% operational and firmly focused on helping through the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a result, we are now offering web conference meetings instead of having to meet for our consultation.

It’s EASY! We invite you to contact us today for your easy online appointment.

We have attempted to address some of the common questions we are receiving about how COVID-19 might change our services. Please read through the questions and answers below.

Are your offices open? Yes, but we are encouraging scheduling web conference or phone meetings in lieu of face-to-face meetings strictly for the purposes of keeping you and our employees safe as we all work together to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We’ve all heard the precautions from the government and medical authorities calling for us to minimize the amount of time we spend in groups. With that guidance in mind, we are encouraging the above until further notice.

Should we deliver our documents to your office? Our office is encouraging that you scan your documents and email them to us to reduce face-to-face meetings as much as possible. In the event a face-to-face meeting is still required, an appointment should be schedule so that we don’t have customers waiting long periods of time in the reception area.

When can I pick up my hard copy of my documents?
Our office is encouraging our customers to accept PDF copies of their documents in order to avoid face to face interactions. If you prefer a hard copy, we will be glad to provide one and continue to encourage to pick up the hard copy at a later time if not urgently needed.

How can I pay for my services, if not in person?
If required, you can drop off your payment in person, however, we are equipped to take credit card payments or wire transfers and can also receive checks in the mail. Our mailing address is the same as our main office:

2 Lindenwood Drive Laredo, Texas 78045

We are committed to continue to provide our clients an excellent experience and we thank you for allowing this opportunity to serve you in this unique way as we all work hard to stop the spread of COVID-19.
